Chevrolet Middle East is on a mission to take the hassle out of servicing your car. Coming up to its fifth year, the company’s Chevrolet Complete Care program, offers complete convenience and transparent costing to provide a world-class ownership experience.
Chevrolet Middle East crafted the program based on extensive research, focus group insights, customer feedback and suggestions. It was apparent from the findings that the most important thing for car owners was greater convenience. Based on these insights, the brand designed a program where Chevrolet owners can get scheduled maintenance done on their vehicles in just one hour, alleviating the inconvenience of spending an extended amount of time without their vehicle. Furthermore, booking in a service schedule is equally convenient as customers are guaranteed an appointment within two days.

Following feedback from Chevrolet owners by investing in research to understand their needs, we were one of the first in the region to launch a comprehensive aftersales program in 2011 which we further enhanced in 2015 under Chevrolet Complete Care. The increased accessibility and peace of mind that Chevrolet dealers have committed to delivering is the foundation of what the brand calls its "Chevrolet Complete Care" pledge.
A dedicated team of two or more service technicians per vehicle ensure that starting from the handover of the vehicle, the scheduled service is completed within one hour. The team also ensures use of genuine parts with no compromise on quality of service.
During the One-Hour Maintenance, Chevrolet customers can relax at the dealers’ service center lounge, which boasts several convenience and comfort features such as refreshments, Wi-Fi and, in some cases, entertainment for the younger ones. A lot of our service centers also offer a test drive with a new Chevrolet and if customers call ahead, a salesman will be waiting with their preferred model to test drive while their car is being serviced.
Apart from the One-Hour Maintenance, Chevrolet Complete Care program delivers a wealth of other benefits to enhance the customer ownership experience. For instance, Chevrolet has addressed service cost worries with a promise of transparent pricing on cost of service. Alternatively, customers can opt for the menu pricing options rather than a full scheduled maintenance. Providing a full support system for Chevrolet vehicle owners, the Chevrolet Complete Care program also offers customers four-year roadside assistance across the region.
